MP backs biodiesel tax break campaign

Liberal Democrat MP Andrew George is backing a to keep tax breaks for business who produce biodiesel.
Producers converting cooking oil into biodiesel presently take advantage of a 20p differential however that is due to end next April.
The St Ives MP, who leads the Lib Dem Environment Team, has been satisfying with the UK sustainable biodiesel alliance.
Mr George stated "a variety of small companies in Cornwall currently earn money from utilized cooking oil".
He added: "In order to be able to get this type of industry going it does require just a little bit of lift which is available in the type of tax inescapable."
Biodiesel is a blend of conventional diesel, rapeseed and vegetable oils.
