Prune je_malloc_default and do_rallocx in jeprof

Running a simple Ruby and Python execution je_malloc_default and
do_rallocx() in the resulting SVG / text output. Prune these, too.

    MALLOC_CONF='stats_print:true,lg_prof_sample:8,prof:true,prof_final:true' \
