Jason Evans e42c309eba Add JEMALLOC_FORMAT_PRINTF().
Replace JEMALLOC_ATTR(format(printf, ...). with
JEMALLOC_FORMAT_PRINTF(), so that configuration feature tests can
omit the attribute if it would cause extraneous compilation warnings.
